Melanie Dean
Founder and Exercise Physiologist

Melanie Dean has been deeply involved in fitness and health her entire adult life, leading to her focus on Exercise Physiology and Personal Training over the past decade. She continues to expand on her health-related specializations and areas of expertise in an ongoing commitment to provide her clients with state-of-the-art, up-to-date information and techniques in the areas of wellness, fitness, weight management and physical rehabilitation.

Work Experience
She has worked with numerous fitness facilities, ranging from personal training studios, high school and college athletic departments to a hospital-based wellness center. During this time, she focused on general fitness, weight loss and weight gain, and worked with athletes, post-rehab and post cardiac rehab patients, as well as special populations (e.g. fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis).
